Access cash without fees
True Link Visa® Prepaid Cards incur a cash withdrawal fee if cash is withdrawn at a bank from a teller, as well as at some ATMs. Cash withdrawal fees can be reduced or eliminated in three ways.
Please be aware that a cardholder must have a PIN set on their Card to withdraw cash.
Option 1 - Use Allpoint ATMs
If the True Link Visa Card has an “Allpoint” logo on the back of it, the cardholder will not be charged a fee to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM in the Allpoint ATM Network. Allpoint ATMs are widely available in all 50 states.

- Contact Allpoint’s voice assistance ATM locator by dialing 1-800-809-0308.
If your cardholder does not have access to the Allpoint ATM Network and you would like your cardholder to have access, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Option 2 - Request cash-back with purchase
Many merchants offer “cash-back” with a purchase, which allows cardholders to obtain cash without needing to pay a fee for an ATM withdrawal. Administrators can allow cash-back with a purchase from the access to cash section of the Spending Settings. If this setting is “allowed,” cardholders can request “cash-back,” when they make a purchase at a merchant, select the amount of cash they would like to receive, and enter the Card PIN.
Option 3 - Make larger withdrawals
To reduce the number of fees paid for non-Allpoint ATM withdrawals, cardholders can consider withdrawing a larger amount of cash at one time. While a withdrawal may still incur a fee, making fewer withdrawals will reduce the total number and amount of fees paid. If you make larger withdrawals, make sure the cardholder has a safe and secure place to store any cash.
