If you manage True Link Visa® Cards for multiple individuals, you’ll see the All Clients page when you first sign in to your account. From this page, you can access all of the accounts that you manage and view reporting for the accounts that you manage.
Here are a few things you should know about the All Clients page:
- Accessing your accounts - On the Clients tab, you can easily access both the Card and True Link Wallet* for your cardholders by clicking the “View” button shown for each cardholder. You can also quickly access each cardholder’s Card or Wallet page by clicking on the available balance shown in the True Link Card and True Link Wallet columns.
- View Closed Accounts - If you need to access reporting for a cardholder who has since closed their Card, you can easily view their account by unchecking the “Hide Closed Cards” box. Once unchecked, the cardholder will be viewable by searching their name.
- Open New True Link Accounts - To open a new True Link Account, click on the “+ Add a new cardholder” button in the upper right corner of the screen. This will walk you through the process of opening a new True Link Account for your client or loved one. - View Reporting - On the Reports tab, you can easily generate reporting for all of your accounts, which includes the ability to view card statuses, completed transfers, download all statements for a given month, and download a CSV of all transactions for a specific time period.
