How to Navigate to Your Cardholder's Account Tab

Every cardholder has an Account tab, where administrators can manage things like:

• Temporarily deactivating and ordering a replacement True Link Visa® Prepaid Card
• Closing a Card
• Editing the cardholder's address and phone number
• Viewing the direct deposit information associated with the Card

In this article, you'll learn how to find and navigate to the Account tab for a cardholder you manage.

How to navigate to the Account tab

1. Log in to your True Link administrator Dashboard and go to the Client View page for the cardholder whose Account tab you'd like to view.
   • If you manage multiple True Link Cards, you'll first be taken to the All Clients page. Please review this article if you're unsure how to access the Client View page.
      

2. On the Client View page, find the cardholder's True Link Visa Card and click View account below it.
   
   

   Please note: if you also manage a virtual card for your cardholder - shown in your dashboard as the Wallet Virtual Card*, with a balance kept separate from the cardholder's Card balance - you'll see two "View account" buttons on this page. Be sure to click the one below the cardholder's Card. The Account tab described in this article applies only to the physical Card, not the Wallet Virtual Card.
    

3. You'll be taken to the Transactions tab. Click the Account tab.

   

What you'll find on the Account tab

You're now on the Account tab! You'll see four sections on this page:

• Card Status – Temporarily deactivate the current Card, order a replacement, or close the account for your cardholder.
• Cardholder information – Adjust the Account ID, address, and phone number for your cardholder.
• Direct deposit information – View the information needed to schedule direct deposit transfers to this Card.
• Account fee settings – By default, we charge the monthly fee to the Card balance, but you can also set it to come from a linked funding account instead. Here you can adjust where the fee is deducted from.
