I manage multiple True Link Cards
When you first log in, you'll be taken to the All Clients page. On this page, you can search for a particular cardholder or navigate the page via the buttons at the bottom.
Once you find the cardholder you would like to review, the fastest way to access the Card Dashboard is by clicking on the available balance shown in the True Link Card column.
If the card is lost or set inactive, you will need to click the View button on the right side of the page. You can see both of these options below. Clicking the View button will take you to the Client View.
If you're on the Client View, click the View account button below the card to access the Card Dashboard.
I manage one True Link Card
If you only manage one True Link Card, you will be taken to the Client View page when you sign in. To access the Card Dashboard, click the View Account button shown above.
