Every cardholder has an Account tab, which is where administrators can manage things like:
- Temporarily deactivate and order a replacement True Link Visa® Prepaid Card
- Close a Card
- Edit the address and phone number for your cardholder
- View the direct deposit information associated with the Card
Follow the steps below to access the Account tab for your cardholder:

From the Client View page, and click "View account" below their True Link Card
- If you manage multiple True Link Cards, you'll first be taken to the All clients page. Please review this article if you're unsure how to access the Client View page.
- Once clicked, you'll be taken to the Transactions tab. Click the Account tab shown below.
- You're now on the Account tab! You'll see three sections on this page:
- Card Status - Where you can temporarily deactivate the current Card, order a replacement, or close the account for your cardholder.
- Cardholder information - Where you can adjust the Account ID, address, and phone number for your cardholder.
- Direct deposit information - View the information needed to schedule direct deposit transfers to this Card.
- Account fee settings - By default we charge the monthly fee to the card balance, but you can also adjust it to come from a linked funding account on file. Here you can adjust where the fee is deducted from.
