Recurring transfers are set up on the Funding tab of a cardholder's dashboard.
To create a transfer, click any of the Transfer buttons that you see on the screen.
A pop-up will appear asking you to choose how much money you’d like to transfer, as well as the frequency at which the transfer should initiate. Please keep in mind that the day of the week or month that you choose is the initiation date of the transfer, not the day that funds will become available. Clicking on the "Show transfer schedule" button will show you the upcoming initiation dates for the transfer.
For example, in the screenshot below, the $100.00 transfer will initiate on Tuesdays, with funds becoming available on Wednesday mornings no later than 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET.
When you’re finished choosing the amount to transfer and the frequency, click the green “Submit” button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Once submitted, your recurring transfer is created! The recurring transfer will begin scheduling transfers on the next initiation date.
If your goal is to have the recurring transfer begin on the same day that you’ve scheduled it, please schedule a one-time transfer as well, and the recurring transfer will begin the following initiation date.
