We understand that in some cases, it may be necessary to return deposited funds from a True Link Visa® Prepaid Card to the connected bank account.
If you know that you'll need to return funds to the linked bank account, we strongly recommend first setting the card temporarily inactive. This way, the Cardholder will not be able to spend the funds before our team can return them to you. Instructions for how to temporarily set a Card inactive can be found here.

When reaching out to our team, please be sure to share the following information with us so that we can best assist you:
- The Cardholder’s name
- The last four digits of their Card
- The amount of funds you would like our team to return to you
- If multiple bank accounts are linked, the last four digits of the bank account number we should return funds to
Once our team has processed the request, you should see the funds deposited within 2-4 business days.
