We understand that it can be important to have funds available for your cardholders the moment they activate their True Link Visa® Prepaid Card. To help make this possible, we now allow one-time transfers to initiate and become available to Cards that have not yet been activated, as long as we've verified the cardholder's identity.
This is true for Cards that have been requested by the account administrator and have not yet been activated. This includes both new True Link accounts and replacement Cards for existing True Link accounts.
If a Card has been temporarily deactivated (set Inactive) by either the cardholder or account administrator, we will continue to pause funding as we have previously.
