Mobile Payment Apps
True Link Visa Cards can be used to make outgoing payments via Venmo and PayPal, but cardholders cannot receive payments onto the Card from these services. If a cardholder attempts to transfer money from Venmo and PayPal onto their True Link Visa Card, that transfer will be declined.
Card Administrators can add funds to the Card either from a linked bank account through the True Link website, or via direct deposit by initiating an ACH transfer from a banking institution to the True Link Visa Card.
The True Link Visa Card cannot be loaded into mobile wallets, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
