Mobile Payment Apps
True Link Visa Cards can be used to make outgoing payments via Apple Cash, Venmo and PayPal, but cardholders cannot receive payments onto the Card from these services. If a cardholder attempts to transfer money from Apple Pay, Venmo, or PayPal onto their True Link Visa Card, that transfer will be declined.
Card Administrators can add funds to the Card either from a linked bank account through the True Link website, or via direct deposit by initiating an ACH transfer from a banking institution to the True Link Visa Card.
To prevent a cardholder from using their Card to make outgoing payments, we recommend blocking the spending category for Money Transfers under the card's Spending Settings.
