Yes! If ever helpful, you can use the direct deposit information associated with your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card to make transactions on behalf of your cardholder. The direct deposit information for your cardholder's account can be found on the Account tab of their Card Dashboard. Here are some important details to know:
- This feature is not available for accounts that are using True Link Cards designed for cardholders in recovery.
- When a transaction is made using the Card's direct deposit information, it bypasses the Spending Settings on the card.
- With this in mind, we strongly recommend not sharing the direct deposit information with your cardholder. Instead, making the transaction on their behalf.
