True Link has released EMV Chip Cards to all of our customers! All new and replacement Card orders now come with an EMV chip. If a cardholder has an older card without the chip that you would like to replace, please contact our Customer Support team, so we can order an EMV Chip Card in such a way that the current Card remains open while the replacement Card is in transit.
Once the new Card arrives and is activated, any funds remaining on the old Card will be transferred to the new Card and the cardholder will be able to make purchases.
