We're sorry to hear that your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card hasn't arrived yet. As a general shipping timeline, we expect that cards should arrive as follows, based on the shipping method requested:
- Standard shipping - 6 to 9 business days
- Expedited shipping - 3 to 4 business days
After missing our expected delivery timeline, a new message will appear on the Account tab of the cardholder's Dashboard that will allow you to request another card order. Click the "order replacement" button shown below, and we'll guide you through the steps to request another card.
Please be aware that if your replacement card didn't arrive and you need to request another card, any active cards on the account will need to be closed. This primarily impacts administrators who initially ordered a replacement card due to the current one becoming damaged or nearing expiration.
As a way to ensure the security of your account, the new order comes with a brand new 16-digit card number and direct deposit information. For this reason, we're unable to keep existing cards active while the new card is in transit.
