The True Link Wallet* is a new feature – available at no additional fee – designed to give Administrators greater flexibility to manage cardholder funds. It allows you the option to set aside a protected balance of funds for each cardholder you serve that is separate from the True Link Visa® Prepaid Card balance spent by the cardholder using the physical card they receive.
Similar to the physical True Link Visa Card used by the cardholder, you can view Wallet transactions, schedule transfers, and generate reporting for the Wallet. For administrators with full-access credentials, you’ll also be able to view the Wallet’s virtual card information, which allows you to make purchases on behalf of the cardholder.
