The True Link Wallet* comes with a unique 16-digit virtual card number that can be used to make critical purchases on a cardholder's behalf. Purchases made with the virtual card number use the funds available on the virtual card, meaning that any transaction made with the virtual card will not impact the available balance of the cardholder’s physical card.
To access the virtual card, visit your cardholder’s Wallet Dashboard. If you’re unsure how to access it, please review this article.
When you open the dashboard, find the “show details” link just above the last four digits of the virtual card number. Click this to reveal the full 16-digit card number and 3-digit CVV code.
You can use the virtual card number to complete transactions everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Below are some common examples of transactions you can make with the virtual card:
- Rent payments
- Utility payments
- Phone bills
- Medical appointments
- Vehicle repairs
- Online purchases to be delivered to the cardholder
- Large purchases like furniture
