There are a few ways to access the True Link Wallet* Dashboard, depending on whether you manage one or multiple True Link Visa® Prepaid Cards. Please review the section below relevant to you for instructions on how to navigate to the Wallet Dashboard for your cardholder.
I manage multiple True Link Cards
If you’ve already activated your True Link Wallet, the fastest way to access the Wallet Dashboard is from the All Clients page (the first page you see after signing in).
By clicking on the available balance in the row for the cardholder that you would like to review, you’ll be taken directly to the Wallet Dashboard. This is shown by the green box in the image below.
I manage one True Link Card
When you first sign in, find the Cards section in the bottom half of the page. Here you should see both your cardholder’s physical True Link Card (the green image) and the Wallet virtual card (the blue image). To view the Wallet Dashboard, click the “View account” link shown in the image below.
Viewing the Wallet Dashboard
You are not viewing the Wallet Dashboard, which gives you the ability to take the following actions:
- Access the Wallet virtual card, and review transactions made with it
- Schedule transfers to and from the True Link Wallet.
- Set up Autopay Protect - which gives you the ability to block overages and unwanted subscription charges before they hit your card.
- View reporting for the True Link Wallet
